Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Operations Excellence Experts team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain optimization and process improvement, good project management skills, experience interfacing with external companies (e.g. Vendors, Sellers, B2B customers), relationship building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.As an Operations Excellence Expert PM you will manage a small portfolio of Retail Vendors which rotate frequently (avg. 3-6 months engagement). You will evaluate the efficiency of the vendor's supply chain processes via data analysis and in person audit of the vendor's warehouses, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, guide the improvement effort, and measure outcomes.
