EU ReLo Ops Program Manager, Reverse Logistic

The EU Reverse Logistics (ReLo) team is at the forefront of transforming our Returns Centers across Europe. We\’re driving revolutionary changes in process quality, assets recovery, and operational throughput by leveraging global best practices and advanced technologies.

We\’re seeking a Program Manager who will lead process optimization initiatives across our EU Network, drive standardization and technology adoption across multiple facilities, transform data insights into actionable operational improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.

The EU ReLo Program Manager is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, experienced in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs, passionate about operational excellence and process innovation, and skilled in building partnerships and driving engagement across all levels.

The role is an individual contributor and includes 20%-30% of business travel across EU.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead development and implementation of standardized processes across EU Returns Centers (RCs), establishing a consistent platform for both new and existing facilities
• Manage PMO activities for EU ReLo, ensuring effective program governance, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Drive innovation in ReLo operations by gathering, evaluating, and implementing ideas from RC Managers and Associates while establishing and maintaining global relationships within Operations and Retail to ensure worldwide alignment on processes and best practices
• Build and nurture an EU Subject Matter Expert (SME) network to strengthen local process ownership and serve as a strategic advisor to Senior Operations Managers across EU ReLo
• Support new RC launches and technology implementation projects, including scoping, design support, and implementation to ensure timely delivery and compliance with business requirements
• Manage planning processes, ensuring appropriate prioritization and allocation of resources to returns projects
• Conduct process audits, benchmarking activities, and Kaizen events, developing and executing improvement action plans
• Provide real-time problem-solving support to RCs

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor\’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• Extensive experience of program or project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in Operations
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Advanced SQL/MySQL/Quicksight skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence across all levels

Preferred qualifications
• Master\’s degree or MBA
• Experience in Reverse Logistics Operations
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies and process improvement experience
• Ability to identify root causes based on data and process observation, developing innovative ideas for process challenges

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience in program or project management
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Master\’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
– Experience leading process improvements
