As a Transportation Specialist, you’ll be working closely with teams across Amazon and external logistics partners to ensure enough delivery vans are available, processing new cases and acting quickly on escalations where necessary.
This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include Saturdays, night shifts and on-call duty.

A day in the life
This position is office-based.
As a Transportation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for resolving delivery performance issues that could negatively affect our customers.
You’ll understand the unique challenges of the transportation team and manage them collaboratively with other cross-functional teams.
Your motivation and commitment to our customers will ensure that our response to delivery issues is timely and efficient.
You will be required to make real-time decisions effectively, by doing your research, weighing up your options and learning as you progress.
The result of your work will be the timely delivery of Amazon packages to millions of customers around the world.

- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
