Business Analyst, CX Product , CX Product
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our business in analyzing business problems, drive solutions, and documenting processes. The person should have a good understanding of a business requirement and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular reporting/BI/data issue, and draft solutions for resolution. The ideal candidate would be high on attention to detail, bias for action and interest in analytics/BI/automation.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources.
- Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes
- Should be able to come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work
- Should be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques
- Should understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on ground
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor\’s degree required. BE is preferred
- Experience working in a similar role (at least 1 year)
- Exposure to Excel and SQL
- Deadline driven, team player with strong customer focus.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, and QuickSight.
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
