AVSとはアマゾンにとって重要なビジネスパートナーであるベンダー(出版社)のアマゾン上での成長と、各社の満足度の向上のために提供されるサービス群であり、それらのサービスは、リテール事業にとって重要な領域(品揃えの拡充、在庫・物流の最適化、オペレーションの効率化、カタログ品質、マーケティングなど)を横断的に提供されます。
AVSは担当BSを通して出版社に提供されます。アマゾンは今後このAVSを通して、各社のアマゾン上でのビジネス成長、日々の業務プロセスの改善、を経てベンダー満足度が向上するように、継続的にサービスを発展させていきます。
あなたは、AVSのBSとして、AVSサービスを提供するベンダー各社のビジネスへの貢献に責任を持っていただきます。最もプライオリティの高い業務領域は、ベンダー企業の主要ビジネスメトリクスの改善を通し、ベンダーのサービス満足度を向上させることと、あなたが所属するAVSチーム全体の生産性を継続的に向上させるために提案を行うことになります。これらは、我々AVSがベンダーにコミットしていることでもあります。

このポジションが実施する業務は:
* 担当する企業のニーズの特定やビジネス戦略を作成するために、リテールチーム内のベンダーマネージャーや、各種ステークホルダーと協業し、ベンダーにとっての優先順位や、適切なターゲットなどのプランを作成する。
* AVSサービスを締結している重要顧客(ベンダー)との良好な関係性の構築。
* ベンダーインプルーブメントプラン(VIP)を通して、ベンダーのビジネスに明確なインパクトをもたらす。
* 担当するベンダーのベンダーインプルーブメントプラン(VIP)を作成し推進する。
* ベンダービジネスに関連する各種ビジネス指標を常に把握し、ベンダーの機会損失の削減、サービス価値の向上に貢献する。
* AVSセントラルPMチームと協働し、ツールやオフショアプロセスなどチーム内でのリソースの活用を検討し提案できる。
* 顧客ベンダーが直面する、固有の問題の解決に向け、どのようなスキルや知識・経験が必要か検討し提案できる。
* Booksではカスタマ―にphysical及びdigitalの両フォーマットでのreading experienceを提供しています。多角的な視点を持ちサービスを企画/提案し、各種施策実行して頂きます。
* Global teamとともにサービスを継続的にimproveしていきます。中長期的な視点でチームの発展に貢献して頂きます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
– 2+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience
– 2+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience
– Bachelor\’s degree
– Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
– Basic skills and experience for Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Power point) & Business level English skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of doing one of several roles: management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods company experience
– Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain
