This position is based in Bangalore, India. We seek a hands-on, detail-oriented, motivated Ads Account Manager who is a problem solver and can deliver on advertising priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with advertisers, providing excellent service and solutions.
- Execute campaigns end-to-end, aligning with advertiser priorities.
- Manage spend across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and sale event cycles.
- Analyze campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and meet KPIs.
- Monitor defect metrics like high ACoS and advise advertisers on course corrections.
- Provide regular campaign updates and insights to advertisers.
- Own revenue goals and deploy strategies to exceed targets.
- Collaborate with teams to develop tailored solutions using data and targeting tools.
- Lead performance reviews with advertisers.
- Ensure operational excellence and SLA adherence.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree with 2+ years in SEM, business development, sales in e-commerce or ad agency domains.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or related Master\’s in Digital Advertising.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industries.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
