JPFC WHS(JPFC 安全衛生管理)チームは、Amazonの配送拠点であるFC（フルフィルメントセンター）の、職場の安全性向上、衛生面の向上をリードする部署です。現場管理をするオペレーションチームをはじめ、FC内の様々な部署と連携して、働くメンバーが安全に働ける環境づくりをサポートしています。
■ポジションの概要
本ポジションは、FC WHSのCentral Teamの一員として、FC WHSチームをサポートするためのデータチェック、分析、報告資料作成等のアシスタント業務を担います。
■業務詳細
- 日々入力される事故データを確認し、必要に応じ修正
- 過去の事故データの入力内容の確認、修正
- 事故発生データの数値確認、レポート資料を編集作成
- 社内報告書フォーマットの修正
- 部署内で管理する情報ポータルサイトの編集
- 社内他チームとの連絡業務
- 上記業務の簡略化・自動化の推進
