Job DescriptionAWS Cloud Optimization Success is seeking a Solutions Architect who will build example scenarios and handsâon labs to demonstrate best practices for deploying workloads in the cloud. This person will work with internal and external stakeholders to acquire and maintain proficiency in conducting WellâArchitected Framework reviews, using tools such as AWS Trusted Advisor and AWS Health. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with implementation engineers as well as senior executives like CTOs or CFOs.
We want to help our customers build cloudânative applications and adopt new ways of thinking about technology solutions. Our informationârich product uses advanced tooling to deliver the right content and advice to customers as they build and operate workloads on AWS. You will enjoy this role if you like working with partners and customers and helping them adopt and execute our solutions.
The RoleAs a Solutions Architect, you will be technically capable and credible in shaping solutionsâfocused skills of AWS partners and customers. You will conduct AWS WellâArchitected Framework reviews, remediate critical issues, and educate customers and partners on implementing best practices. You will build and maintain example workloads and labs that educate and onboard partner organizations, and you will help shape strategies to build mind share and broaden usage of AWS across partner and customer communities. You will develop multiâday workshops, lead whiteâboarding sessions, and respond to inquiries from partners and customers while they learn and implement the AWS WellâArchitected Framework.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in technical writing (documentation, blog posts, books, online courses, whiteâpapers, etc.) and distributed teamwork.
Handsâon experience building, deploying, and running production cloud workloads, with industry architecture and compliance frameworks.
Understanding of largeâscale complex distributed systems from operational, security, and reliability perspectives.
Strong automation mindset and passion to design and implement cloud best practices (e.g., provisioning, deployment, monitoring, incident management, cost containment).
Ability to work globally.
Preferred Qualifications
Senior Solutions Architect/Consultant experience supporting cloud workloads across varied implementations.
Content and digital asset management experience.
Experience in highâlevel programming/scripting languages (Python, Go, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.).
AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Professional, etc.).
Master\âs degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional or military experience.
