Key job responsibilities
Coach and develop a team of Solutions Architects on best practices for solution design, AI workloads, and cloud migration, enabling them to deliver high-quality customer engagements across EMEA.
Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Partner teams to drive revenue growth by aligning architectural recommendations to customer business outcomes.
Manage stakeholder relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Hire, onboard, and train new Solutions Architects, building a structured ramp plan that accelerates their readiness and long-term career growth.
Define team goals, track progress through operational metrics, and prioritize work across projects to balance short-term customer needs with longer-term strategic initiatives.
