Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Finance Manager (FM), supporting the AWS Sales team for the Start Up customer segment. As an FM, you will partner closely with business leaders and their teams, providing strategic support by combining data and business judgement into insights, generating operational and strategic guidance and impact. Further, you will drive innovation to improve our tools, processes and business decisions. Primary responsibilities include:

Key job responsibilities

• Ownership of key reporting metrics (KPI\’s) and narratives to help business partners understand the business performance
• Partner with business teams to implement new processes & tools and drive the improvement of existing processes & tools
• Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investment
• Present financial summary and business insights to senior management
• Drive short- and long-term financial planning
• Tighten internal controls

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor\’s degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)
• Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
• Experience in accounts receivable or
