Description
AWS Professional Services is seeking a curious, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two EMEA-based Directors.
This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, global environment, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholder to deliver results at scale.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner and trusted operator—someone who thrives in high-performance environments, demonstrates excellent judgment, and brings exceptional organization and communication skills to complex, fast-moving initiatives.
- Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for two Directors across time zones, proactively resolving conflicts
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and expense reports
- Organize team meetings, offsites, and events end-to-end (logistics, agendas, follow-ups)
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Act as liaison between leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency
- Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
