Overview Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a proactive, customer-obsessed and team-oriented Executive Assistant to support the VP EMEA of AWS Global Sales (AGS). This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment, while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humour and composure. The candidate will work autonomously on many projects as required and possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.Responsibilities Coordinate complex calendars and scheduling with professionalism and careSupport and organize team activities including meetings, events, and collaborative sessionsManage domestic and international travel arrangements including logistics and expense reportingPartner with internal teams including Recruiting, Facilities, and HR to ensure seamless operationsMonitor and facilitate completion of key deliverables and action itemsA day in the life As Executive Assistant to our EMEA VP, you will orchestrate a fast-paced environment requiring exceptional organizational skills and discretion. You will manage complex domestic and international travel, coordinate internal and external meetings with C-suite executives and global customers, and liaise with PR teams for media appearances and industry events. The role demands strategic calendar management across multiple time zones, organization of quarterly business reviews and team off-sites, while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
