Data & AI Cloud Architect, AWS Professional Services
Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Data & AI Cloud Architect in the Professional Services (ProServe) team. Drive customer success through cloud architecture, solution design, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex, scalable, and secure Data platforms and AI solutions on AWS.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and train team members, create reusable artifacts, and share knowledge across the organization.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL, databases, visualizations, and analytical platforms.
- Experience leading architecture and design of new and existing systems, or experience as a tech lead, mentor, or engineering lead.
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala, etc.) and SQL.
- Experience of leading large and complex Data/AI programs for enterprise customers.
- Experience with AWS solutions (EC2, S3, Redshift, EMR, etc.) and AI solution deployment at scale.
- Advanced automation scripting skills, advanced SQL skills, and knowledge of security and operations domains.
