Are you passionate about protecting critical systems and data from cyber threats? Do you thrive on solving complex problems and outsmarting malicious actors? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our elite team of cyber specialists as a Cyber Security Apprentice.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our organisation's digital assets, working alongside seasoned professionals to develop cutting-edge security solutions. You will dive deep into the world of cyber security, mastering the latest techniques and technologies to detect, analyse, and mitigate potential vulnerabilities and threats.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will learn to design, build, and configure secure networks, write and test secure code, analyse malware, and conduct ethical system reconnaissance. You will develop a keen understanding of risk assessment, security management systems, and legal and regulatory compliance standards. You will also hone your problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
There are additional learning experiences as part of the program, including mentoring and hands-on practice to build a broad set of cyber security skills while pursuing the BSc (Hons) Cyber Security Technical Professional Degree.
