Job Description:
Want to work in a fast-paced, innovative team? Want to pioneer new ways of operational execution in one of the biggest out-of-home marketing channels in the world? We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join our Global Fleet and Products (GFP) organization to lead financial, programmatic, and vendor management initiatives in Amazon’s Van Marketing channel.
Key job responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, supervise, and control the execution of business, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program in the UK and EU.
- Develop capabilities to execute and improve van marketing initiatives worldwide.
- Manage complex marketing installation activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive planning, resolution, and execution with a matrix team.
- Define and measure internal and external performance standards.
- Deliver features and services to drive continuous value to customers.
- Monitor and report on the progress of all activity within the program area.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, and Operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master\’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Experience leading process improvements.
