Job Description:

As a Learning Program Manager at Amazon, you\’ll pioneer innovative learning solutions that shape our future. You\’ll drive learning programs across our operations, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement impactful learning experiences. This role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions through data-driven learning strategies while contributing to our long-term vision of developing exceptional leaders.

This position is a fixed-term temporary assignment for a duration of one year to cover an absence/leave.

Key job responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of engaging blended learning experiences
  • Drive continuous improvement of learning programs through data analysis and learner feedback

Program Management

  • Manage learning initiatives across multiple business lines with focus on safety and compliance
  • Partner with senior leadership to establish program priorities and success metrics
  • Manage program resources, and stakeholder relationships
  • Leverage learning management systems and digital tools to enhance program delivery
  • Spearhead the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies, leveraging data insights to optimize engagement and learning impact
  • Measure program effectiveness on safety performance and compliance
  • Create scalable solutions for sustainable program growth

About the team

EU STEP brings together Supply Chain, Network Design, and Transportation Planning teams to improve end-to-end forecasting, network flow, planning, and execution. It also brings together our teams from across the business focused on our Operational Excellence pillars – Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Learning, Quality, Service, Sustainability and Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Field teams. This integration strengthens operations and execution while driving quality improvements and enhanced customer experience across the entire value chain.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Learning & Development, Business, or related field
  • Experience in learning program management or equivalent
  • Experience in managing learning initiatives or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in operations or supply chain environment
  • Certification as Safety Specialist or equivalent
  • Certification in Compliance Management
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or learning design
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
