Job Description:
Join a fast-paced Global Procurement Organization team focused on Amazon Operations. As a Site Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic procurement projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding business needs, managing complex projects, and analyzing requirements.
- Building stakeholder relationships and negotiating with vendors.
- Utilizing systems for metrics, reporting, and risk analysis.
- Leading procurement processes from needs detection to contract execution.
- Creating and managing contractual agreements and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting EU-wide procurement initiatives and collaborating with global teams.
- Managing supplier performance and ensuring governance.
- Identifying savings opportunities and performing spend analysis.
- Embedding sustainability goals and ensuring CSR compliance.
- Meeting KPIs related to savings, sustainability, and compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and leading stakeholder education.
- Providing training and acting as SME for categories.
About the team: Our operations team supports the entire customer experience, working across Europe with a focus on safety, efficiency, and diversity. The Site Procurement Operations team collaborates internally and externally to support on-site procurement solutions.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or relevant experience.
- Experience in procurement environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in sourcing and contract management.
- Negotiation and contract skills.
- Proficiency in English and local language.
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree focused on Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Experience in a large, global organization.
- CIPS/EIPM accreditation or similar.
- ERP experience (SAP/Coupa).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and customer-centric attitude.
- Supplier Relationship Management experience.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
