Prime Video's Marketing Automation & Technology organization is transforming how Prime Video plans, produces, and executes marketing worldwide — replacing fragmented, manual workflows with an integrated, AI-powered automation platform.

Within this organization, the PV Velocity team builds the core AI and automation technology powering that vision.

We are hiring a Sr.

Technical Program Manager to lead the program management of AI & Automation product development for Prime Video Marketing, worldwide.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of AI and automation products — from vision and roadmap through launch and adoption — coordinating across engineering, product, applied science, and marketing stakeholders across multiple regions .

This is the highest-investment pillar in the team's portfolio and a high-visibility role at the center of a worldwide marketing transformation.

You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional partner teams to scale automation that measurably reduces manual effort, improves quality, and accelerates time-to-launch — with the pillar scaling significantly through 2027.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Own the program roadmap for PV Velocity's AI & Automation product portfolio, translating a WW marketing-automation vision into prioritized, executable delivery plans.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI/automation products, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, applied science, and global marketing teams, establishing clear ownership, milestones, and communication cadences.
  • Define and track success metrics (automation coverage, manual-effort reduction, error-rate reduction, time-to-launch, adoption) and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Manage regional complexity — align requirements and rollout across regional workflows and partner teams.
  • Identify and remove blockers, make data-driven prioritization trade-offs, and keep large, ambiguous initiatives moving.
  • Drive adoption and change management as automation replaces legacy manual processes and disparate 3P tools.
  • Establish mechanisms (operating reviews, status reporting, launch readiness) that scale program delivery across the portfolio.
  • A day in the life

You'll start by reviewing delivery status and risks across your product portfolio, then join stand-ups and working sessions with engineering and product leads to unblock in-flight work.

You'll run a prioritization review with marketing stakeholders, align regional partners on a rollout plan, and prepare a progress update for leadership — all while keeping an eye on the metrics that show automation is landing real impact.

  • Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
  • Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience in system design
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
