- Own the end‑to‑end relationships with internal ADSP teams and agencies for the programmatic channel including briefing, campaign planning, execution oversight, performance governance, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain programmatic playbooks incorporating best practices for audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative optimization, and trading techniques that can scale across markets.
- Conduct detailed campaign and channel performance analysis, leveraging data to optimize strategies, refine targeting, and improve ROI.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track KPIs (Impressions, Click‑Rates, Conversion Rates, CPA etc.) and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Champion automation, attribution measurement (MMM/MTA), and scaled solutions by influencing prioritization in tech roadmaps and partnering with measurement and data science teams.
- Design and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and inventory sources to continuously improve channel performance.
- Help drive the evolution of using Amazon Advertising Self‑Service DSP for Leo via product beta participation, ongoing client feedback loop, and close collaboration with cross‑functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Measurement, Ad Tech, and Data Science)
- Stay current with industry trends, privacy/signal loss developments, and Amazon best‑practices to define and execute an innovation roadmap that delights customers and drives efficiencies.
- Basic Qualifications
- Experience in professional non‑internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
- Experience with A/B Testing or Multi‑Variate Testing or both
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon DSP and/or Google DV360, including campaign setup, audience creation, and optimization.
