Do you want to join a growing business, working with key TV brand and retail partners across Europe? The Fire TV team is looking for a smart, analytical, results-oriented leader to own our partner relationships and drive our growing partner TV business.

In this highly visible role, you will lead our partner TV team in Europe. You will own the end-to-end commercial relationship with our TV partners and with retailers. You will own the European sales plan and its attainment, structuring commercial deals and partner investment.

Our ideal candidate will have deep partner management and commercial/business development experience, a strong track record in sales planning and negotiation, and a demonstrated ability to build senior partner relationships and drive cross-functional work to completion. You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into the detail as needed (structuring deals, building sales and investment plans, and analyzing data). You will manage a small team with a focus on continuing to make our devices products that our customers love and driving our rapidly growing business in EU. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the company. This role is based in London.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with Europe's TV brand, manufacturer and retail partners.
  • Own the European partner TV sales plan: commercial deal structuring, partner investment (incentives, subsidies and co-marketing funding) and quarterly guidance.
  • Establish the goals and business metrics for the European partner, tracking them with partners, identifying trends, and taking action to address gaps.
  • Represent European partner and customer needs into the product and roadmap process, working with the global product and engineering teams to prioritize what matters most for the region.
  • Research and identify new partner and retail opportunities for Amazon to further distinguish itself as the clear leader in the partner TV business.
  • Lead a team of partner facing business development leads, providing direction, prioritising and raising the bar on all commercial deals and negotiations.
  • Hire and develop - build a top performing team and foster career development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience building and leading large teams and have worked in matrixed operating structures.
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent.
  • Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent.
