Amazon Filters Ltd is seeking a proactive Maintenance Team Leader to drive reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across our manufacturing site in the UK. You will lead three Maintenance Technicians, plan maintenance, reduce downtime and foster a safe, high-performing team culture.
Working alongside Production, Engineering and Senior Management, you will balance preventative maintenance, breakdown support and process improvements, while developing your team and delivering operational excellence.
