Job Description:
The Amazon Marketplace UK team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Partner Manager to help shape the future of our 3P Heavy and Bulky business. This role offers the opportunity to drive success for some of the most influential Sellers of Heavy and Bulky products, and to drive high visibility projects across internal teams in the UK and EU.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a successful track record of account management, and use data to identify growth opportunities for Sellers. They should be a customer-obsessed self-starter, passionate about account management, able to work independently, and possess creative problem-solving skills. Analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong writing skills, they should handle ambiguity well, influence employees at multiple levels, and lead documentation for senior stakeholders.
The successful Partner Manager must:
- Manage strategic selling partner relationships with senior stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
- Advocate for Seller experience, identifying and driving new growth opportunities for partners
- Bring innovative ideas and collaborate with stakeholder teams to implement them, improving our processes and objectives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in sales or marketing (e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or similar
- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and other relevant systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods for small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets with a solutions-focused, consultative approach
