The Worldwide Grocery Stores Private Brands International team manage and develop our by Amazon grocery consumables brand for both the UK and pan EU, offering a mix of everyday essentials, local favourites and seasonal items we think our customers will want and love, all at great prices. The Worldwide Grocery Stores Private Brands International team is looking for a motivated Program Manager with a strong customer focus, passion for great quality food and with the drive and resilience to deliver results. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for program management who will support the team alongside building and running mechanisms to support the end to end product development, design and artwork to deliver the Private Brand launch critical path.
Key job responsibilitiesAs a Program Manager you will be responsible for supporting the product development and brand team to deliver the end to end critical path, on time and budget. This will include supporting and running tasks in the end to end workflow such as benchmarking, management of critical dates to ensure on time launches, supporting with artwork delivery, managing workflows and setting up new ways of working and processes to drive efficiency. You will be charged with driving adoption of these processes, evaluating and gathering feedback for continuous improvements.
The team works cross-functionally on projects that require a strong detail-oriented executional focus, problem solving drive, and proven ability to work autonomously. Leveraging a background of retail program management, the ideal candidate has understanding of retail food launch processes, specifically for product development, brand and artwork and is passionate about process improvement and data integrity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience with Excel and program management tools
- Experience managing the end-to-end product life cycle as a product manager
- Experience in retail
- Experience working cross functionally across several teams
