Come build the future of entertainment across live events and sports with us. Are you interested in helping to shape the future of movies and television? Do you want to help define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers are watching? Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows, movies, and live sports — all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. We’re peculiar and highly innovative. Curiosity and innovation are highly encouraged and valued. We like to say yes to big thinking, understanding that means taking well-calculated risks and occasionally failing, but always learning. All of us are owners who are in it for the long-term, so we don’t hesitate to roll up our sleeves to get things done. We don’t believe in “That’s not my job,” and focus on doing what’s right for our customers. We like to say that it's always Day 1 — we’re constantly looking to re-invent ourselves, breaking things (and building better things) along the way.

We’re looking for an entertainment fanatic, with significant experience developing best-in-class marketing for major brands (agency or client side). This role will involve planning, producing, and executing large marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams. You will negotiate with key business partners and global teams to gain alignment on marketing plans, and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution for our EU Live Event & Sports properties, which includes the likes of the Operación Triunfo, Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Roland-Garros, Wimbledon, and NBA.

Key job responsibilities:
  • End-to-End campaign strategy and planning for EU Live Event & Sports properties.
  • Development and delivery of marketing assets across ATL and BTL.
  • Stakeholder management, including partnering with a wide range of internal teams (e.g., Operations, Insights, PR, and Legal) to identify and prioritize needs.
  • Work with external agencies (including Production, Creative, and Media Partners) to build and develop impactful marketing assets for Live Event & Sports Launches.
  • Point of contact for specific marketing partnerships and integration beyond the core business of Prime Video.
  • Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines.
  • Post-campaign analysis and reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels.
