Amazon Fulfilment Centre Lead in the UK is a hands-on role based at one of our sites. You’ll be the first point of contact for the shift, ensuring adherence to processes and safety rules, while supporting the Area Manager with daily plans.
You’ll monitor workflows, train staff, drive improvements in safety, quality and productivity, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues that affect delivery performance.
