Audible is seeking a paid social and influencer expert to join the European Awareness media team to drive awareness and consideration of Audible and Audible content via innovative strategies. As a forwardâlooking and wellâestablished media professional, you will lead on paid social and influencer activity which are the bedrock of Audible's plans. This role is a rare opportunity to develop highâprofile paid social and influencer activations for the leading audio entertainment brand across the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. You will deliver robust measurement of the channels to prove the effectiveness of the activity, and also be responsible for the influencer agency across Europe, superâcharging the partnership through best in class agency and client initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop yearly and quarterly plans for paid social and influencer channels for both brand and content campaigns.
- Lead the influencer agency partnership across DE, UK, FR, IT, ES to deliver best in class operations and outcomes.
- Be the lead contact with agencies and key social platforms to understand best practice and new technologies, ensuring we are at the forefront of AI developments.
- Take ownership of operational processes such as budgeting, planning, optimization, testing and reporting for your channels.
- Work with data, including inâcampaign reports and PCAs, to evaluate and optimize activity's impact on brand demand, traffic and signâups.
- Build partnerships with multiple internal (Brand and Creative, as well as Organic Social) and external (creative and media agencies; as well as media vendors) stakeholders.
- Act as a paid social and influencer expert with a clear vision and a wellâinformed point of view.
- Identify opportunities to scale efficiently, as well as capitalize growth and optimization levers.
- Collaborate across the global team to share influencer best practice and ideas between teams, and drive global consistency where possible.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of working with established multiâmarket consumer brands across Europe, including leadingâ or coordinatingâplanning across EU5 markets with extensive knowledge of the German market in particular.
- Strong commercial mindset and seasoned social and influencer media professional.
- Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep.
- Evidence in leading creative and innovative paid social and influencer strategies which elevate brand metrics and positioning.
- Experience working with multiple European markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain).
- Experience managing performance across relevant channels, with measurement informing ongoing optimisations.
- Experience building internal and agency partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, German or Italian (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Experience building media and entertainment brands.
- Ambitious selfâstarter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results.
