We are looking for a talented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead Programmatic media channels for our EMEA B2C business.
This role is responsible for developing and executing the programmatic media strategy across Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs), managing agency partnerships, and optimizing campaign performance to maximize subscriber acquisition at efficient CPA/ROAS targets across all EMEA markets.
The ideal candidate is a data‑driven, customer‑obsessed self‑starter with deep expertise in programmatic media buying, DSP platform management (Amazon DSP, DV360), and performance optimization.
You will own the end‑to‑end programmatic channel, from strategy and planning through execution and measurement - driving website traffic, maximizing gross adds, and improving the customer experience.
You will work with agency partners and cross‑functional teams to build scalable programmatic campaigns, develop robust measurement frameworks (MMM/MTA), and champion automation and testing to continuously improve performance.
In this role, you will collaborate with a range of technical and non‑technical teams to assess media capabilities, own the experimentation strategy, and undertake detailed performance analysis.
The scope of this role focuses on delivering against key business goals (Gross Ads, CPA/ROAS efficiency), while also innovating and finding efficiencies through the development and management of a multi‑year programmatic strategy and roadmap.
This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government.

- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of programmatic media campaigns across DSPs (Amazon DSP, DV360) for Amazon Leo's B2C business across all EMEA markets, optimizing for Gross Ads, CPA/ROAS targets.
- Own the end‑to‑end relationships with internal ADSP teams and agencies for the programmatic channel including briefing, campaign planning, execution oversight, performance governance, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain programmatic playbooks incorporating best practices for audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative optimization, and trading techniques that can scale across markets.
- Conduct detailed campaign and channel performance analysis, leveraging data to optimize strategies, refine targeting, and improve ROI.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track KPIs (Impressions, Click‑Rates, Conversion Rates, CPA etc.) and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Champion automation, attribution measurement (MMM/MTA), and scaled solutions by influencing prioritization in tech roadmaps and partnering with measurement and data science teams.
- Design and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and inventory sources to continuously improve channel performance.
- Help drive the evolution of using Amazon Advertising Self‑Service DSP for Leo via product beta participation, ongoing client feedback loop, and close collaboration with cross functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Measurement, Ad Tech, and Data Science).
- Stay current with industry trends, privacy/signal loss developments, and Amazon best‑practices to define and execute an innovation roadmap that delights customers and drives efficiencies.
- Experience in professional non‑internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
- Experience with A/B Testing or Multi‑Variate Testing or both

- Hands‑on experience with Amazon DSP and/or Google DV360, including campaign setup, audience creation, and optimization.
- Experience managing large‑scale media budgets and delivering efficiency improvements on a scale.
- Experience in technology, media, or telecommunications; satellite internet; or subscription services.
