Is your passion inspired by invention? Is problem solving through teamwork in your DNA? Do you like the idea of seeing how your work affects the bigger picture? Answer yes to all of these and you will fit right in here at Amazon Robotics International. We are a smart team of doers that work passionately to apply innovative advances in robotics and software to solve real-world challenges that will transform our customers’ experiences in ways we cannot even imagine yet. We invent new improvements every day.

The AR International organization sources a portfolio of robotics technology and is responsible for getting the right materials to the right place at the right time to support our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. It’s an operation that works cross-functionally with teams across Amazon globally, and is driven by data and metrics.

The team is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Manager to manage the timely and efficient material delivery to AR International sites by managing schedules and addressing supply chain constraints. This role will own end to end planning of a portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand fluctuations, resolve challenges, and communicate risks to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement to enhance overall performance.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Own the vision and long-term strategy for first-time automation, designing mechanisms and scalable processes where problems and approaches are not yet defined with the aim to graduate products into General Availability.
  • Set the standards for operational excellence across the Product Launch organisation, define best practices adopted team-wide and actively remove bottlenecks that stifle innovation.
  • Influence business and technology direction at the organisation level; present strategic narratives and operational plans to Directors and VPs; negotiate effectively across organisations to align priorities.
  • Design scalable, long-term mechanisms and frameworks — enabling downstream teams to scale without direct oversight.
  • Serve as subject matter expert across multiple products; identify when performance issues stem from technical design issues and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
  • Drive cost efficiencies, critical issue handling, and proactive risk mitigation for significantly complex problems before they become roadblocks.
  • Deliver data driven narratives for director and VP level for strategic Product decisions.
