We are looking for a Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of HR strategies impacting various PXT (HR) organizations. The Principal HRBP must be able to work independently with AI assistance, establish and execute long- and short-term human capital strategies and make tradeoffs where necessary while taking a hands‑on approach, and interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You'll need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate your clients' business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed for the future workforce. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, capability, and the employee experience. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving global initiatives and projects, such as workforce planning, org design, location strategy, three-year operating plans (3YOPs), employee relations, and an AI-enabled workforce and culture. The role demands someone equally comfortable analyzing workforce metrics, ideating how AI adoption can drive the business forward, and advising senior leaders on sensitive topics. You'll act as strategist, coach, and innovation partner — all in service of building the teams that will define the future.
