Vergütung: Verdiene einen rechnerischen Stundenlohn von 15,80€/h brutto. Garantierte Lohnanpassung nach 12 Monaten (rechnerisch 16,86€/h brutto) und 24 Monaten (rechnerisch 18,14€/h brutto). Nachtschicht 20,54 €/Stunde (brutto) inkl. steuerfreiem Nachtzuschlag von 4,74 €/Stunde für Stunden, die zwischen 23:00 und 06:00 Uhr gearbeitet werden (gemäß Nachtschichtregelung).
Schichten: Wir bieten sowohl Vollzeit- (+30 Stunden/Woche) als auch Teilzeitmöglichkeiten (12+ Stunden/Woche) mit festen Schichtplänen, die zu verschiedenen Lebensstilen passen. Schichtoptionen und Verfügbarkeit variieren je nach Standort, aber du hast die Möglichkeit, deinen Zeitplan später im Prozess auszuwählen. Arbeitswoche: Mo-Sa, 5 Tage, 2 Samstage/Monat.
