This role demands deep expertise in project management, strong technical proficiency, and the capacity to coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring on‑time delivery and high‑quality results.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for new launches as well as new equipment installations in legacy sites, including requirements gathering, planning, risk mitigation, and successful deployment.
- End‑to‑end ownership for large‑scale engineering projects (planning, design, installation, commissioning and qualification, launch support).
- Assess and communicate project status, drive escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teams.
- Collaborate closely with Field Engineering, RME, Design & Construction, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies and best practices.
- Drive strategic planning and resource allocation across the portfolio.
- Develop Business Continuity and Risk Mitigation plans with site RME teams to allow a seamless handover from Construction or Field Engineering.

Supporting regions include North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, Australia, and engaging for standardization with India/Japan. ELM’s mission is to deliver a seamless, efficient building experience from the RME perspective, starting from project launch. This involves key objectives such as minimizing downtime, increasing equipment availability, and ensuring RME technician readiness. The team also aims to achieve perfect maintenance accessibility, make initial spare parts available at the right cost, and coordinate external maintenance services, focusing on aligning people, processes, and resources to create a "perfect" building experience from the RME standpoint.
