- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field, with proven experience.
- Experience with automated material handling, robotics, and high-speed manufacturing systems.
- Experience with Lean Principles in process design.
- Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, analysis, and decision-making.
- Experience managing engineering design projects.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software., Master's degree in Engineering or related field, with 2-5 years of experience.
- Language skills in French, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Afrikaans, or Zulu are a plus.
