Join us as a Learning Regional Manager, where you\βll play a crucial role in shaping the learning experience and performance of our fulfillment center associates. In this dynamic role, you\βll lead training initiatives, analyse performance metrics, and implement strategic L&D solutions across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Drive site performance through deep analysis of metrics, providing actionable insights and solutions to leadership teams
- Lead and optimise new hire onboarding processes, including ambassador program management and training delivery
- Develop and implement learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and associate development
- Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements through data-driven decisions
- Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across multiple processes and roles
- Lead change management initiatives and training curriculum improvements
- Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on learning and development best practices
Day in the life
As a Learning Regional Manager within our Worldwide Grocery Learning team, your typical day will include analysing performance metrics, leading Weekly Business Reviews, and meeting with site leadership to drive grocery-specific improvements. You\\\βll spend time coaching managers and supervisors, auditing new hire orientations, and ensuring ambassador programs run smoothly across multiple locations. Regular collaboration with your UK-based L&D colleagues and manager will keep our initiatives aligned globally. The role will require frequent travel between sites, and you\\\βll often find yourself problem-solving with stakeholders at all levels to enhance learning initiatives and site performance.
About the team
You will be joining a dynamic team that supports Amazon Fresh FCs and Stores (UK only) across Italy, the UK, and Spain. We\\\βre a close-knit group of Learning professionals, each bringing unique insights to our shared mission of developing talent and driving operational excellence in grocery operations.
Our team collaborates everyday, tackling similar challenges. We regularly share best practices, work on cross-market initiatives, and support each other\\\βs success through weekly touch points and collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\\\βs degree
- 2+ years\\\β experience in the areas of training and coaching; or equivalent business experience
- Experience in FCs field Ops settings
- Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across various levels of an organization
- Strong project management skills, Experience in change management and process improvement activities, designing scalable solutions and implementing quickly
- Ability to influence leaders at all levels to understand their role in employee development and help build their skills
- Master\\\βs degree in related discipline: Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders
- The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities
