DESCRIPTIONAmazon Marketplace is a critical part of the Amazon ecosystem, offering millions of sellers the opportunity to grow their businesses globally. As part of our commitment to environmental compliance, the EPR Pay on Behalf (PoB) program helps sellers meet their Extended Producer Responsibility obligations while continuing to sell on Amazon\’s marketplace.We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead the operational excellence of our EPR Pay on Behalf program. This role will be instrumental in establishing and scaling projects/features to ensure a seamless seller experience across multiple marketplaces.Key job responsibilities
– Design and implement robust operational processes to improve seller experience
– Build and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to provide sellers with transparent visibility into their EPR milestones
– Build robust and scalable mechanisms to collect seller feedback and publish actionable insights
– Partner with Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal teams to implement operational improvements and resolve SX pain-points
– Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs to ensure program effectiveness
– Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency
– Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on program performance and metricsA day in the life
During your day, you could find yourself:- Analyzing seller feedback and developing solutions to improve their fee visibility and payment experience
– Meeting with stakeholders to present your latest dashboard showing fee recovery trends and success metrics
– Troubleshooting complex fee scenarios with the tech team to ensure accurate and timely seller charges
– Creating documentation for a new operational process you\’ve designed
– Diving into data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement
– Creating monthly chargeback plans and analyzing recovery trends to optimize fee collection strategies
