Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that aims to help strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business. AVS develops programs to disproportionately grow vendors on Amazon and seeks to continuously enhance its value proposition to vendors. The AVS Experts Service works with Amazon Retail Vendors who are facing supply chain defects that lead to financial deductions. The Expert service provides a dedicated consultative service aimed to identify and sustainably resolve the defects causing these financial deductions. The Financial Settlement Expert will support internal and external stakeholders in understanding Retail Vendors financial deductions. This role will work closely with Retail stakeholders and Finance teams (e.g., accounts payable, finance operations) to audit and create more comprehensive analysis of their accounts, coordinate processes and facilitate understanding of the outcomes. With this analysis and support, the role will contribute to improve vendor experience on Amazon-wide processes relating to financial deductions, help internal and external stakeholders find agreement on how to find common ground and agree on a path forward.
