About the Role:

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Westminster clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Position Details:

  • Location: In-person, Westminster clinic
  • Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time, PRN
  • Full-time schedules: Monday–Friday, Optional Saturdays
  • 4–10s and 4-8s schedule available for full-time team members
  • Part-time/PRN schedules: flexible and based on clinic needs

Clinic Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation:

  • $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time
  • $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Part-time / PRN

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Qualifications:

  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
  • Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
  • Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date
