Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour, depending on hours worked per week
Role Overview We are looking for compassionate Family Provider CNAs to join our team. This role is ideal for CNAs caring for a family member who want the support, structure, and benefits of working with a trusted home health agency. As a Family Provider CNA, you’ll provide 1:1 care to your loved one, supporting their independence, comfort, and safety while receiving competitive pay, benefits, and agency support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist your family member with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Maintain a safe and supportive home environment
- Report changes in condition to your supervising nurse
- Complete simple, user-friendly electronic documentation (no EVV required)
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to support daily comfort and safety
- Work closely with your supervising nurse for continued guidance and care planning
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado CNA license
- Must be providing care to an eligible family member
- Ability to document effectively and communicate with the care team
- Flexible availability based on client needs
