The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Sevenoaks office. You will take ownership of high-quality work for individuals, families, trustees, executors and attorneys, including high-net-worth and vulnerable clients.
What you’ll do
- Advise on complex wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.
- Handle inheritance tax planning, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
- Provide clear, sensitive advice and outstanding client care.
- Build local networks and trusted referral relationships.
- Contribute to marketing and business development.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support the development of the team.
About you
- Qualified solicitor with substantial private client PQE and strong technical expertise.
- Confident managing complex matters with limited supervision.
- Commercially minded, organised and empathetic.
- Proactive in winning work and raising the profile of the Sevenoaks office.
- STEP qualification is desirable.
