Overview
This highly regarded firm, which has a great reputation in the industry, is looking for a strong residential conveyancing solicitor / licensed conveyancer. They are ideally looking at candidates from NQ-4 years PQE.
Responsibilities
- You will undertake the full remit of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity instructions.
- You should be able to run a caseload of 40-50 live files.
- Ideally have worked in the London market, though this is not essential.
- You will have full support from a dedicated and experienced paralegal.
- You will have support of working with a dedicated paralegal and be able to work from home for up to 2 days per week and 3 days in their office based near Aldgate.
