This boutique, thriving firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Cilex to join this team due to expansion. You should be able to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Run circa 50 live files with support of a paralegal. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of transactions. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal procedures throughout the conveyancing process. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their transactions and providing clear legal advice when necessary. Managing deadlines efficiently to ensure all transactions are completed within stipulated timeframes.
In addition to a very competitive salary, excellent commission structure of 10% of all billings, hybrid working of 2-3 days per week, good working hours, and a great working environment with a supportive and friendly team. You will also have your own dedicated paralegal.
