This highly regarded medium-sized practice in North London is looking for a senior residential conveyancing solicitor to join and potentially become the head of conveyancing.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years PQE and likely substantially more experience with no upper limit. You will run your own files – approximately 50 live instructions – including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds.
You will need to be confident in dealing with estate agents and brokers, ensuring that you generate repeat business.
This is an in-office role, so you will need to be able to get to North London – Crouch End easily.
You will receive a very competitive base salary plus a bonus and a generous holiday allowance.
