The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of residential property transactions, such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will run circa 50 live files with the support of a paralegal.
Your duties will involve liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of transactions. You will ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal procedures throughout the conveyancing process.
It is important to keep clients informed about the progress of their transactions and provide clear legal advice when necessary. You will manage deadlines efficiently to ensure all transactions are completed within stipulated timeframes.
In addition to a very competitive salary, there is an excellent commission structure of 10% of all billings, hybrid working of 2-3 days per week, good working hours, and a great working environment with a supportive and friendly team. You will also have your own dedicated paralegal.
