This really is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join this Legal 500 firm and support a real well respected and kind partner.
You will need to have gained at least 1 years’ experience, ideally more.
You will be experienced supporting fee earners with the following:
- Onboarding clients;
- Sending quotes and letters of instruction;
- Compiling draft contract packs;
- Ordering searches;
- Liaising with other parties solicitors, brokers and estate agents;
- Updating clients on progress of matter;
- Chasing outstanding enquiries;
- Dealing with Land Registry;
- Compiling SDLT returns;
- Dealing with requisitions;
- Invoicing;
- Archiving files.
You will need to have good interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and be able to assist throughout.
Experience of using a case management system is also necessary.
This is an in-office position so you should have an easy commute to Chiswick.
