This really is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join this award winning firm that will genuinely offer you career progression. You will need to have gained at least 8 months experience, ideally more.

You will be experienced supporting fee earners with the following:

  • Compiling draft contract packs;
  • Ordering searches;
  • Liaising with other parties solicitors, brokers and estate agents;
  • Updating clients on progress of matter;
  • Chasing outstanding enquiries.

You will need to have good interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and be able to assist throughout. Experience of using a case management system is also necessary. This is an in-office position so you should have an easy commute to Waterloo.

This firm offers genuine career progression which realistically will be after 1 year of employment. This can be either via the SQE route or Licenced Conveyancer path. They will not pay the course fees but will support you with becoming a fee earner under supervision and paying you a very good salary in the region of £42,000 at this point to enable you to qualify. They will also give you additional study leave days.

In addition to a very competitive salary you will receive a full benefits package and a holiday allowance of 26 days per year. Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
