This thriving, highly respected firm based in Wimbledon is looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer / CILEx to join due to expansion. This is a role where you will be based in the office 3 days per week and 2 days from home.

You will need to be able to run a caseload of 40-50 live files: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and building safety act instructions. You will be supported by a very experienced legal secretary and work as part of a supportive team.

Due to the office being in an affluent location and the firm having a strong client base the fees are above average. Ideally you will have gained experience of dealing with a high-net-worth client base. Strong client facing skills are essential. You should have a stable career history and be looking to stay for the long-term.
