The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This highly regarded firm that genuinely respects work-life balance is looking for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor / licensed conveyancer / legal executive.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years +PQE in residential conveyancing, ideally substantially more in order to be considered for this role.
Experience and qualifications- Minimum 3 years +PQE in residential conveyancing (ideally substantially more).
- Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages and new build instructions.
- Maintain case management processes and provide strong client-facing service.
- Work from home 2 days per week and in a pleasant office for the remaining days.
- Full support from a paralegal who is well-trained and experienced, plus a dedicated onboarding and completions team.
- You should be able to run 50-60 live files.
- Hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm; it is very unusual to work beyond 5:40 pm.
- There are regular firm events and long-term prospects for career progression are excellent.
