The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will run circa 50 live files with the support of a paralegal.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of transactions is essential. You will ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal procedures throughout the conveyancing process.
Keeping clients informed about the progress of their transactions and providing clear legal advice when necessary is crucial. Managing deadlines efficiently to ensure all transactions are completed within stipulated timeframes is also part of the role.
In addition to a very competitive salary, there is an excellent commission structure of 10% of all billings, hybrid working of 2-3 days per week, good working hours, and a great working environment with a supportive and friendly team. You will also have your own dedicated paralegal.
