We are looking for a Company / Commercial Solicitor for a London small firm that is growing rapidly.
The average company that they buy is in the £3-5 million range with some acquisitions up to £9 million.
They have a particularly strong client base in the childcare sector, dental practices and pharmacies.
The firm is currently at 9 people strong and they are looking for double size in the next 2 years, so it is an exciting time to join.
The workload will be to:
- Manage a high-quality caseload including M&A, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, restructures, joint ventures and governance matters
- Act as a trusted advisor to SMEs, owner-managed businesses and high-value commercial clients
- Drive business development activity
- Play a central role in firm-wide strategy
The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years PQE and either be looking at the partnership level or just below. They are currently likely to be working in a boutique London or Home Counties firm. They need private practice experience not in-house.
Generous commission scheme of 20% of earnings about a target of 3.5 times salary.
