Responsibilities

  • Supporting fee earners with compiling draft contract packs
  • Ordering searches
  • Liaising with other parties such as solicitors, brokers and estate agents
  • Updating clients on progress of matter
  • Chasing outstanding enquiries

You will need to have good interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and be able to assist throughout. Experience of using a case management system is also necessary. This is an in-office position so you should have an easy commute to Guildford – no more than 30 minutes.

Career Path

This firm offers genuine career progression after 1 year of employment, either via the SQE route or Licenced Conveyancer path. They will not pay the course fees but will support you with becoming a fee earner under supervision and paying you a very good salary in the region of £42,000 to enable you to qualify. They will also give you additional study leave days.
