OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level commercial property solicitor to join this thriving Legal 500 firm and work from their Surrey based office in Bookham and from home for 2 days per week.
You will arrive to a caseload of instructions and will not need to drum up business but good client facing skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Handle commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
Conduct due diligence including title checks, searches, and compliance reviews.
Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and development issues.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Support in the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.
